Warranties
Kiesler's does not warranty any of the items we sell directly, but all items purchased will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty problems, including weapon and ammunition malfunctions, must be handled directly between the customer and manufacturer. Please feel free to call us for the manufacturer's contact information and we will be glad to assist you.

Returns
If you have a problem with the merchandise you've received (other than warranty issues mentioned above), simply call our customer service department at (800) 444-2950, ext 125 for a return authorization number, and we will gladly issue a refund or exchange. If the return is the direct result of a mistake made by the customer, a 20% restocking fee may be incurred. Please do not return any items without contacting us first so that credits and exchanges can be properly issued.
