A couple of things to consider when looking at our kit versus the other: first, our chest seal is the highly demanded and recognized Asherman Chest Seal which is a mainstay of the US Armed Forces. The Asherman has a one-way valve to help prevent a tension pneumothorax. Secondly, our SOF tactical tourniquet has a metal handle that will not break where plastic handles do. There is no Velcro which reduces accidental releases and as we all know Velcro doesn’t work well when wet and dirty. NOTE: can be customized to meet your requirements for additional cost, minimum order quantity may apply.
